Toio is a constructed writing system (or neograph). It features ligatures that are similar to an abugida (for example, there are ligatures for "ka" and "wa"). Note that some letters, such as "c", "q", and "x" are not in this particular system. Please substitute "s" or "k" for "c", "kw" for "q", and "ks" for "x".
Please make sure that the "Standard Ligatures" button is turned on- in Adobe programs it is the "fi" ligature button in the Character panel. The button is similar in Affinity programs, so feel free to use this font in that family of programs as well.

This font requires that standard ligatures be turned on in the program for the best effect. This font works best with Adobe programs, but Affinity programs work as well.
